After acquiring over twenty-five years of experience that were driven by a lifelong dream, Joaquin Balaguer acquired his C-8 license in 2014. Joaquin’s dedication and loyalty in the company that furnished his knowledge and skill, inspired him to establish a family owned operated business of his own after his employer discovered a new venture. Joaquin’s many years of experience have allowed him to understand, live and breathe the position as a laborer, foreman, and superintendent to which he managed and oversaw 300 employees amongst various job sites and across a variety of projects.
